Join us for a gastronomical dinner in support of the students of Sala Baï, hosted with a French delegation of chefs from the Lycée hôtelier de la Rochelle.
For the second year, Sala Baï school has the great pleasure to welcome 3 teachers and 3 students of le Lycée hôtelier la Rochelle for a transmission of skills in cooking, pastry and restaurant service. Learning new techniques, using new ingredients, working on the presentation of dishes, on the creativity of recipes from a taste as well as a visual point of view will be some of the main areas of focus.
The special dinner held on Friday, April 5th will be a key moment in this collaboration in the form of a gourmet gala dinner.
All funds raised will finance the training of future Sala Baï students.

- Starter: Poached foie gras, Kale cabbage julienne and truffles, mashed potatoes with coral sauce.
- Main Course: Chicken supreme with truffled ivory sauce, legs confit, glazed vegetables and root vegetable chips.
- Dessert: Creamy orange milk with Kampot pepper, lime sponge cake
