3 March: working with the Angkor Village Resort & Spa, the Sala Baï team organized a “Latino” evening. This event on the one hand raised funds for training future students, and on the other was an opportunity to train current students in Spanish and Latin-American flavors, of which the Angkor Village Resort & Spa chef Dara, is an expert. So this turned out to be a fun-filled evening with dancing and tapas and cocktails, prepared by the students as part of their training and for the benefit of the school!
