For this new edition, the alumni of Sala Baï have partnered with eHotelier, the leading “Global Portal for Hospitality Professionals”to welcome two eminent specialists who will launch discussions with keynote presentations : Matthew Stephens and Prof Peter Jones.

Combining Hotel Management and Information Technology, Matthew Stephens leads the eHotelier,  team providing professional development to hospitality professionals around the globe.

Prof Peter Jones – Dean of eHotelier and Hotel Future Director

Dean of the eHotelier Academy, Professor Peter Jones is also the Director of Hotel Future a new education and training initiative to establish a brand of hotels where education and training is at the core of the commercial activity.


Discussion topics will include: 

  • Everyone in the hospitality industry should have the opportunity to reach the top, what support do they need to get there?
  • Hotels have responsibilities to their local communities – how should they put that into action?
  • What is changing in the restaurant experience and what is critical to future success?
  • What will be more important in the hotels of the future – technology or people?
