2 February: Agir pour le Cambodge organized its annual gala dinner in the prestigious venue of the Quai d’Orsay. This was an evening where Women took pride of place, as the three-starred chef Régis Marcon brought in four exceptional women chefs: Amandine Chaignot, Beatriz Gonzales, Stéphanie Lequellec and Nina Métayer. Together they created and produced a haute gastronomie menu, assisted, in the kitchen and the dining room by the students and teachers of Ferrandi, the French gastronomy school. Over 200 Agir pour le Cambodge donors and well-wishers attended the evening, under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development. All of the funds raised will help to house and train the new students recruited in September 2017.
